upper-antelope-canyon-tour.com ("we", "this site") is an independent affiliate guide to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tours. We do not collect personal data directly. We do not run analytics that identify individual users, we do not require accounts, and we do not host a contact form on this site.
What data is collected automatically
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for fraud and abuse prevention. Logs are retained per Netlify's data retention policy.
- Booking widgets — pages embed Viator booking widgets. When a widget loads, Viator sets first-party cookies on viator.com to track shopping carts and attribution. Once you leave this site by clicking through to viator.com, Viator's privacy policy applies.
- Affiliate tracking — links to Viator carry tracking parameters (partner ID, campaign tag) so Viator can credit referrals to this site. The parameters do not collect data about you personally.
What data is NOT collected
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.
- We do not run remarketing or behavioural advertising.
- We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond what Viator's widget loads.

This site itself sets no cookies. Cookies present in your browser after visiting are set by Viator's booking widgets (third-party cookies on viator.com). Your browser's privacy settings let you block third-party cookies if you prefer; doing so will disable the booking widgets but leave the rest of the site working.
